A two floor Mansion apartment with direct access to communal gardens which required totally refreshing and updating following 20 years of neglect. The brief was completed with a modest budget but still achieved the clients aspirations.

All the rooms were repainted in Farrow and Ball colours, the kitchen totally refitted incorporating a small breakfast bar overlooking the gardens. On the lower ground floor the bedrooms, bathrooms and utility room were all refreshed and re equipped creating light and airy spaces.

All fussy curtains were removed throughout and replaced by simple blinds opening up the views of the garden and London life beyond.
